Black Garlic Spice Co. is a new business downtown Loveland. I got the chance to stop by this past weekend and purchased a few things! I already used the Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt for our turkey over Thanksgiving. It was delicious! Fort Collins has numerous spice shops in different areas of town, so I am happy The Batson Family started this one here in our Sweetheart City. They actually grind all of the spices there and offer different dips, salts, peppers…you name it, they probably have it! They are open 10-6 Monday through Saturday and are located at 526 Cleveland Avenue. The owners have a passion for cooking and have quite the inventory on interesting and traditional items for you to choose from. You should stop by and smell all of the amazing spices and herbs. It will inspire you to cook some new and exciting dishes! Support our local businesses!
